Uncle Stevie and Lily gave us some adorable things from Taj Clubhouse, but this was our favorite and we had to share - aren't they adorable? We can't wait to get them on the girls. Thank you Uncle Stevie and Lily!

11 Days to Go!!!
We are in the final countdown - 11 days until the schedule c-section. The babies could come earlier, which we are betting on, so keep checking this blog as we will post as soon as possible after their birth. We went for our final 3D ultrasound on Friday, 10/23 and got lots of great information. Each baby is weighing in at 4 1/2 lbs., which is great for twins. We are hoping that they each reach 5 lbs. by delivery day so I'm eating a little extra and drinking some extra protein drinks to help aid in their weight gain. Baby A is squished head down so we couldn't get a good photo of her, but Baby B was very photogenic and is in the breech position. Baby A had the hiccups during the ultrasound so the tech recorded the cute hiccup-ing motion for us, which we are sharing with a video below. This week there were 2 sets of twins born at Kapi'olani Hospital! There must be something in the air. We are so excited for our little ones to make their debut - we can't wait to see what they look like and to hold them.

A Busy Weekend
What a busy weekend! In addition to celebrating my Aunty Cynna's 60th birthday with a lovely and delicious dinner, we got a lot done for the nursery and the babies. Toby hung the wall art that I custom ordered from www.etsy.com to match the other items in the nursery. We also assembled the playpen/bassinet that the babies will sleep in for the first 2 months (it goes in our room) and did loads of laundry. Lucy was quite the helper =). This week, we are looking forward to Mari and Tim visiting from Hong Kong with their adorable little Miya - we can't wait to meet her this Friday. We are also going for a non-stress test at the hospital to make sure the babies are comfy and ok (this is an absolutely normal procedure for twins). We will do this test weekly and the doctor will determine week by week if the delivery date will change. We will keep you posted! We're getting excite and I'm trying to wrap up a lot at work---I have a HUGE fundraiser gala that I am planning for the school for October 17th and also have to prep for my maternity leave. So far may last day of work is October 22nd. Yikes! Lots more to do! One more thing we were able to check off our list is the purchase of a video camera! Now we will be able to share videos of the little ones once they are born.
The wall art, which is hung above the changing table.
Lucy "helped" with the laundry by curling up in the basket of clean baby clothes.
The pack and play/bassinet with attached changing table (it folds over on the side) that the babies will sleep in for the first 2 months. This is in our bedroom.
